In recognition of Limb Loss Awareness Month, our Founder and President, Dr. Desmond Bell will participate in a live webcast sponsored by Derma Sciences, 214 Carnegie Center, Suite 300, Princeton, NJ  08540. The webcast will be hosted by Jeffrey Jensen DPM FACFAS from Barry University and Alexandre Godoy MD from Albert Einstein University in Brazil. Joining Dr. Bell will be an international panel of experts (see below) who will discuss the role of total contact casting in wound management, the importance of offloading in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers, how total contact casting can be used post-operatively for Charcot reconstruction and ultimately how amputation prevention can save lives.
